Vision Monitors

Introduction

 

These products were used for the following purposes:

 

  1. Monitoring the vision from each camera, and the vision which has been selected for transmission.  These are incorporated in the Vision Control Desk.
  2. Monitoring of audio from each input device, and the audio which has been selected for transmission.  These are incorporated in the Sound Control Desk.
  3. Monitoring picture and audio waveforms to ensure what goes to air conforms to the required specifications. These are used by engineering staff.
